Beloved husband of Diana (Ireland); loving father of Timothy (Karen), Phillip, George, Amy (Joseph) Nowak and the late Donald (Sandy) McCabe; Papa G of Lisa (late John) Matte and James "Corky" (Wendy) Johnson; devoted grandfather of Amanda, Marissa, Channing, Carrington, Lillyanna, Robert, Ariel, Kristin, Austin, Kyle, Natalie and Sean; great-grandfather of (7) great-grandchildren; dear brother of Robert McCabe, James (Debbie) McCabe, Judy (Bert) Truax, Robin Beare and the late Jean (Joanne) Romaine; also survived by nieces and nephews. There are no prior visitations. A private Celebration of Life will be held at the convenience of the family. George loved listening to music, playing cards and had a great sense of humor.
