Aunt Jane,
You will be greatly missed.
Although I grew up across the street from you I did not get to really know you until I was much older. Working with you at Healthful Diet Shoppe for many years brought us extremely close. You always had a good positive way to look at the world. People came to the store not just for vitamins but for the time you gave them. Your compassionate and patient attitude and your listening ear gave them a place to unburded their personal life's problems. Many times you gave no advise but just listened.
You have been, to me, a wonderful example of Christ. You were the one who paved the way for me to know Jesus as my Lord and Savior, bringing a wonderful positive change in my life.
I am glad you rubbed off on me and I will remember to honor you when I just listen.
