"Run Grama Run"

Mom and Grama were always went shopping with the girls and I when we lived in California. Angel and Donna were about 4 and 5 yrs old when this story came into play and Mom was not with us this time. We were on our way to K-Mart and stopped by the pond to feed the ducks. We took out our bread and tossed it for the ducks. When we were done, a huge white momma goose started to come toward us. After I tried to shoo her away, she was not budging. I tossed an apple at her and she did not want it. So as she approached faster, I told Grama to take the girls and run to the car as quick as she can. Boy, I am telling you, her tiny little legs could not go fast enough for her, she had Donna by the hand and got into the car just in time. That was one mean momma goose. But we laughed so hard, we both cried. A story of many that always brings laughter, especially with Grama. I can't wait to see you again Grama. Save a place for me, and stay away from the ducks. I love you.
